No. Every AXTO app runs in your web browser. Self-hosted Docker and Windows editions are available on the Business and Enterprise plans if you prefer to run AXTO on your own servers.
What does BYOK / BYOX mean?
Bring Your Own Key (or model, or endpoint). The apps use your own AI provider key — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter, Deepgram — or your own OpenAI-compatible server such as Ollama or vLLM. You pay the provider directly at their price, with no markup from us, and your usage is unlimited on our side.
Is there a free way to get an AI key?
Yes. Google AI Studio (Gemini) and Groq both offer free tiers that work with AXTO. Paste the key in Settings → My AI keys and press Test.
Is my data used to train models?
Not by AXTO. Your keys are stored encrypted and used only to answer your own requests; your files are stored privately and never shared. What your AI provider does with API traffic is governed by your agreement with them — most API providers do not train on API data.
How does billing work?
Plans are prepaid monthly or yearly. You can pay by card, PayPal, Indonesian QRIS / virtual account / e-wallet, crypto or bank transfer. We send reminders before your plan ends; renewing is one click. Changing plans converts unused time into extra days on the new plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your plan simply stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See the Refund Policy for the refund rules.
What is Managed AI?
An upcoming option where AXTO provides the AI models so you don't need your own key. It will be a separate plan; until it launches, every app works with your own keys.
What do the self-hosted editions include?
Ten Docker / Windows editions (Guardian AI, Orchestra AI, Vault, Edge, SOC, Compliance, Sentinel, Antivirus, Studio and Legal), always licensed at the highest tier. Business includes any 3 apps on up to 5 servers each; Enterprise includes all 10 on unlimited servers.
